FORKLIFT DETECTION SOFTWARE

Spot forklifts.
Review the footage.

AI detection on your own server.

Overview & setup notes

Detect forklifts in camera footage and process video on your own edge server. Try AICraft Ware with a warehouse image or short video before planning a rollout.

What does forklift detection software do?

AICraft Ware identifies forklifts in images and video frames and returns detection boxes, confidence scores and detection data. The online trial lets you inspect annotated output. For local deployment, a licensed edge server processes camera streams close to your warehouse network.

Detection is useful for reviewing footage and building a local integration around the detection API. It is not a certified safety system, collision-prevention device or replacement for workplace safety controls. Test the detector under your actual operating conditions.

Evaluate with footage from your site
  1. Create a free account and verify your email, or request administrator trial approval.
  2. Upload an image or a short video you have permission to use.
  3. Compare the annotated result with the original footage. Check both missed forklifts and incorrect detections.
  4. Share your camera count, server specifications and deployment requirements through the support form.

An approved online trial includes five uploads. JPG and PNG images must be no larger than 10 MB or 12 megapixels. MP4, MOV and WebM videos must be no larger than 10 MB, 10 seconds or 1080p. Video output is sampled at 2 frames per second without audio. Trial files expire after 24 hours, so download results you need to keep.

Run forklift detection on your own infrastructure

The supplied CPU Docker runtime runs on a host capable of Linux containers. Supported camera streams connect to the server; registering a camera does not install detection software inside the camera. Smart-camera, GPU and NVIDIA Jetson deployments require a separate compatibility assessment.

For camera integration, read RTSP camera forklift detection. For licence activation and local operation, read offline edge deployment.

A licence for each registered camera

The published early price is USD 299 per camera channel, paid once; the standard price is USD 399. Each non-transferable licence covers one active camera stream and perpetual use of the licensed software version, with two years of updates and support from activation. Future upgrades are optional paid updates. Replacing a camera requires a separate licence.

Register your company and cameras, then request an invoice. Seller details, availability and applicable taxes require administrator review. Follow the bank-transfer instructions on an issued invoice. The administrator confirms settled payment and activates the paid camera entitlements before you activate the edge server.

Common questions

Can I see a demonstration before registering?

Yes. The original-versus-annotated demo uses licensed stock footage processed by the actual detector. It is not a customer deployment or an accuracy benchmark.

Can the online trial replace an edge deployment?

The shared online service is for evaluation. Commercial camera detection runs on your own approved server with its signed licence.

Will it work with every camera or lighting condition?

Compatibility and detection quality require validation. Include distant forklifts, occlusion, busy aisles and your normal lighting conditions in your trial footage.
